📌 Cancellation Policy
PAN application can be cancelled within 2 hours of payment. After that, application is forwarded to Income Tax Department and cannot be cancelled.
To cancel: Email pan@nsdl.co.in with Order ID within 2 hours. Full refund via Paytm source.
💰 Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable only in below cases:
- Duplicate Payment: Full refund within 7 days.
- Application Rejected by IT Dept: Refund after deducting ₹50 processing fee.
- Technical Error (Paytm failure): Auto-refund within 5-7 business days.
⏱️ Refund Timeline (Paytm Gateway)
Once approved, refunds are credited to original payment method within 5-10 business days as per Paytm settlement cycle.
📝 How to Request Refund
Email payments@nsdl.co.in with:
- Order ID / Application Reference Number
- Paytm Transaction ID
- Reason for refund
⚠️ Note: Once PAN is generated by Income Tax Department, no refund is possible.
