1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website and applying for PAN card, you agree to these Terms.

2. Application Processing

PAN applications are processed as per Income Tax Department guidelines. Processing time: e-PAN – 24 hours, Physical PAN – 7-10 working days.

3. Payment Terms

Fees are non-refundable once application is submitted to Income Tax Department. Refer to Refund Policy for exceptions.

4. Paytm Gateway

Payments are processed by Paytm (One97 Communications). Transaction disputes to be raised with Paytm support.

5. Limitation of Liability

NSDL is not liable for delays caused by Income Tax Department or postal services. Maximum liability limited to fees paid.

6. Governing Law

Mumbai jurisdiction. Disputes subject to arbitration as per Indian Arbitration Act.
